ANOMALOUS OCCURRENCE AT SITE-96

On 05/15/2023 at approximately 14:37, personnel assigned to Site-96 reported an unusual event. Following these observations, the facility had been experiencing routine procedures. The anomaly manifested as a sudden shift in the ambient temperature. This was observed within Sector Charlie, specifically adjacent to containment unit 7B. Initial invest
